This class incorporates game based learning & the beginning of partner training. Your children will be learning how to apply the fundamental movements of Jiu Jitsu through games. In this way your children will learn muscle memory responses. How to defend against their partner will become an auto response that will last a lifetime. All of these practices encourage self esteem, confidence, friendship and most importantly the practice of patience. They will learn to be calm and think through the steps of outsmarting their opponent. These are all basic life skills that apply to every aspect of life far beyond the mat.
